Immigration Assistance Program
The Immigration Assistance Program of Catholic Charities of Northern Nevada works in conjunction with the Executive Office for Immigration Review and the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to identify those individuals who qualify for legal status here in the United States and where appropriate, assist them through the paperwork and legal process.
To ensure the highest quality services, we operate in partnership with Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc. (CLINIC) which provides consultation on Immigration issues throughout the United States.
Immigration Assistance Program Objective
The primary objective of the program is to help individuals obtain self-sufficiency and stability in the United States by helping them obtain:
- Legal Permanent Residency
- Temporary Protective Status
- Employment Authorization
